Job Description

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client—a leading payroll solutions provider, to drive growth and expand their client base across the UK.


In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation and appointment setting to closing deals. You’ll work closely with key decision-makers to provide tailored payroll solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, results-orientated professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering value.


Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach

• Own the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Deliver customised payroll solutions aligned with client needs

• Attend regular client meetings across the UK


What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence managing the full sales cycle independently

• Ability to understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions

• Willingness to travel for regular in-person client meetings
