Position: 

SIA Door Supervisor – Manchester

Hourly Rate: 

£14.68 to £16.30 (inclusive of holiday pay)

Schedule: 

Weekend evening shifts

We are seeking professional Door Supervisors to join a highly respected security team working in the vibrant Manchester nightlife scene.

Venues across the city rely on skilled and professional Door Supervisors to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for their patrons and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the suitability of guests and monitor behaviour in line with venue policies and legal requirements.

• Ensure the venue operates to a safe capacity and assist with controlled dispersal of crowds.

• Patrol the venue, maintaining vigilance to potential risks, and conduct searches when required.

• Manage entry and exit, refusing admission or requiring individuals to leave when behaviour or suitability is not in line with venue rules. Physical intervention may be required at times.

• Protect venue assets and ensure a secure environment.

• Record and report all incidents, searches, and patrols accurately.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervision Licence (essential).

• Experience working as a Door Supervisor in bars, pubs, clubs, or similar nightlife environments.

• Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings.
