About the Role:

Our client, a respected name in the commercial insurance sector, is looking for a professional, ambitious, and career-driven Commercial Insurance Executive to join their high-performing team based in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both new business and renewals across a wide portfolio of commercial insurance products, including Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, SME Package, Property, and Liability.

This role is ideal for someone confident, client-centric, and commercially astute—someone who can build strong relationships, spot cross-selling opportunities, and contribute to business growth through proactive service and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial new business and renewals, with a focus on Motor Fleet and Commercial Combined

• Build and sustain strong client relationships in person and over the phone

• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads from both new and existing clients

• Manage mid-term adjustments, insurance queries, and claims efficiently

• Deliver first-class client service aligned with the client’s high standards

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Commercial Insurance Executive or similar role (essential)

• Demonstrable sales ability and strong communication skills

• Solid knowledge of commercial insurance products: Property, Liability, Fleet, and Package

• Self-motivated and proactive with a “can-do” attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-led environment

• Must have the right to work in the UK
