Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and strategic-minded Insurance Product Manager to join our client's team in London. As an Insurance Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and management of insurance products and services to meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent product management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of insurance product strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and distribution channels.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

  • Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market feedback and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, sales, and IT, to develop and launch new insurance products and services.

  • Monitor product performance and KPIs, analyze data, and identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancement.

  • Work closely with actuarial teams to ensure pricing adequacy, profitability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support product launches and ongoing promotion.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends that may impact insurance product strategies.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance product management, product development, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting principles, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching insurance products in the market.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
