Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability and optimize capital allocation.
Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, product launches, and business expansion.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in fintech.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the fintech industry.
Strong financial analysis skills, with proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
