We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our client's innovative fintech company in London. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, experience in the fintech industry, and a proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.

  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability and optimize capital allocation.

  • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax compliance, and internal controls.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, product launches, and business expansion.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in fintech.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the fintech industry.

  • Strong financial analysis skills, with proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and risk management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
