Personal Lines / SME Account Handler
Location: Tenbury Wells (On-site)

My client is looking to add to their small friendly and community orientated team in Tenbury Wells , with a Personal Lines / SME Account Handler who’ll be able to learn the ins and outs of how a brokerage runs rather than just dealing with case after case.
You’ll be dealing with an established Personal Lines portfolio on an end to end basis and working with the Branch Director and Commercial Account Executive on SME cases whilst assisting with the day to day back-office pieces at the same time.
This is an opportunity to get to learn how things actually work across multiple area’s and will provide some wonderful development opportunities for the right person and at the same time it’s highly likely you’ll be able to get away from commuting into the surrounding towns and cities and gain a proper work/life balance
On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products
Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels
Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate
Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.

Full support for professional qualifications
You’ll have a solid grounding in Personal Lines Insurance and be looking to develop into SME Insurance with exposure to Home, Motor and Travel Insurance as a minimum
You’ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and should be used to using Word, Excel and wider broking platforms (Open GI in an ideal world)
Comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email.
