Personal Lines Account Handler - Salary £20k - £25k per annum



My client is looking for a Personal Lines Account Handler to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Personal Lines Insurance

Parkstone, Poole


My client is looking to add to their small friendly and community orientated team in Parkstone, Poole, with a Personal Lines Account Handler who wants to develop.

You’ll be dealing with an established Personal Lines portfolio on an end-to-end basis and working with the Branch Manager.



On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:

  • Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products

  • Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels

  • Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate

  • Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.

  • Assisting clients with new quotations

Your experience:

  • You’ll have a solid grounding in Personal Lines Insurance and be looking to join a business where you can build a career

  • You’ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels and should be used to using Word, Excel and wider broking platforms (Open GI or Acturis in an ideal world)

  • Comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email. Requirements
