Chief Financial Officer

This CFO role will work in close partnership with the CEO and will be responsible for; financial planning and strategy; cash management; leadership of the small finance team; financial modelling; budgeting & forecasting; fundraising; M&A; internal controls; board reporting & attendance at board meetings; liaising with banks, investors, auditors, etc.; and eventually achieving a successful exit.

To be considered for this CFO role you must be a qualified accountant and have experience in technology startups. You will have excellent strategic vision to drive revenues forward and reach profitability as soon as possible. Previous fundraising and exit experience is also essential though this could have been at a number 2 level.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a business with a unique technological solution through an entire transaction cycle from fundraise to exit where you will be an integral part of the senior management team.

This CFO role is paying £100K - £125K plus equity, bonus and benefits. This is a hybrid role where you would need to be in central London for meetings 1 or 2 days per week. Some travel would be required during fundraising and M&A activities.
