About the Role
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the HR team and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, and overseeing employee onboarding and development programs. You will handle employee relations, address grievances, and facilitate disciplinary actions when necessary. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management is crucial, as is maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
