About the Role

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations within the insurance company. Responsibilities include developing budgets, conducting financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will analyse key financial metrics, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities. 


This position requires creating detailed financial reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will manage a team of finance professionals and work collaboratively with other departments to support organisational goals.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of financial management experience, preferably in insurance.

• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
