About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive
administrative support to a highly skilled legal team, ensuring smooth daily operations. This
role requires strong self-management and initiative to handle the responsibilities listed
below.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Dictation: Typing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation.
Document Management: Preparing legal bundles, ensuring documents are correctly
indexed, paginated, and bookmarked.
Diary & Meeting Coordination: Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
for the legal team.
Billing: Assisting with billing procedures and client invoicing.
Additional Responsibilities
Organising and maintaining filing systems, including daily file management.
Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
Photocopying, scanning, and organizing legal documents.
Coordinating meetings, booking rooms, and ensuring rooms are prepared, including
providing refreshments if required.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital dictation and document preparation.
Effective diary and schedule management.
Experience with billing and legal file management.
