💰 Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Opportunity:

We’re working with a respected client to recruit a Personal Lines Insurance Consultant based in their Taunton branch. This is a client-facing role where you’ll be a key point of contact, helping individuals find the right insurance solutions through excellent service, active listening, and product knowledge.

You’ll build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, educating them on products and guiding them to the most suitable options. You’ll be supported from day one with structured training, and within 12–18 months you’ll begin your Cert CII qualification. Whether you come from a sales background or another client-facing role, if you’re ready to develop your career, this could be the perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport and trust with new and existing clients

• Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions

• Develop knowledge of the company’s full product offering

• Deliver outstanding client service throughout the customer journey

• Work collaboratively within your branch team
