Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of insurance product strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and distribution channels.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

• Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market feedback and business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, sales, and IT, to develop and launch new insurance products and services.

• Monitor product performance and KPIs, analyze data, and identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancement.

• Work closely with actuarial teams to ensure pricing adequacy, profitability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support product launches and ongoing promotion.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends that may impact insurance product strategies.
